Please read the following information before filling out a maintenance/repair request form.
Frequently asked questions
It varies. The repair could take a couple of days, or it could take a couple of months. What seems to be a a simple repair may take months to complete because the brothers may want to batch (do all the similar repairs together) the repairs to save cost on renting needed equipment, or there needs to be some fellowship on how to complete a repair if we need to change the way we do things, etc. Some repairs that seem simple may actually take tens to hundreds of hours to complete.
If you notice that the repair you requested is not being done, please do not submit the same request again. This does not make the repair go any faster; rather, it slows down the process for everyone because the brothers need to spend time to filter through multiple duplicate requests.
Please do not submit the same request multiple times. This clogs up the whole system and causes everything to slow down because the brothers will have to filter through duplicate requests.
Repair requests don’t expire. They remain in the system until they are resolved. There may be different reasons why seemingly simple requests take longer to complete.
Most likely not. The repair brothers may contact you if they have any questions, but since it’s just a few brothers responsible for the entire property, they will most likely have too many requests in the queue to be able to update each request as they are completed.
You will receive a confirmation email when you submit the request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please submit your request again.
If it still does not work, try submitting the request on your phone using mobile data. Alternatively, you may submit a paper form in the storage closet S11 or contact your district responsible brother to submit the request for you.
Definitely. There are 3 additional options:
- Fill out and submit a paper form in the storage closet S11.
- Inform the responsible brother in your district and they can submit the request for you using the form below
- The responsible brother in your district can post the request in the brothers’ WeChat group and we will submit the request on your behalf.
Feel free to contact us regarding the status of your repair, but please do not do so repeatedly. These brothers are all serving brothers in the church with many responsibilities in the church and in their districts. This allows them to get through the repair requests as quickly as possible.
